Some guests have mentioned that the walls are quite thin, which can lead to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms or the outside corridor during the night.

The staff at Metz Pratunam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, our room wasn't available, but they quickly upgraded us to a larger room. They were also quick to resolve any issues we had with our key card and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with shopping malls and local markets within a short walk. I had a pleasant experience at Metz Pratunam and would recommend it to others.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right opposite a small restaurant that serves the best Thai food I've tasted makes it even more enticing. Plus, it's within the shopping area and walking distance to Pratunam market, perfect for exploring. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the amazing view and king-size bed, add a touch of luxury. The breakfast, although only for Asian guests, is delicious and comes with a preordered meal.

Some of the pillows are too soft.
